Damaged Flooring

Water damage will often lead to flooring damage, especially when left saturated for long periods.  The quicker a mitigation team is called to handle water damage, the less deconstruction may be required to return to a preloss condition.

This office in Sebastian had flood waters enter through their front doors affecting the wood flooring in the entry way.  Unfortunately due to the length of time the flooring remained wet it was necessary to remove and dispose of.
